There is a H5P GeoQuiz Content Type available on Github which allows folks to “create geography quizzes”. This requires the H5P Editor Coordinate Selector also available on Github.

https://github.com/foxfabi/h5p-geoquiz has been archived by the author. This means that it’s not receiving updates (and hasn’t had one for ~3 years). The required Editor Coordinate Selector has also been archived.
